Girdhari Prasad Mahto from Topchanchi, Dhanbad called to inform about the public hearing on 5th March organized at the Topchanchi block office for submision of social audit of MNREGA reports of 28 panchayats within the block.
Ranjeet Kumar from Topchanchi, Dhanbad district called to complain about the irregular power supply in Topchanchi region. He opined his own bitter experiences as a student due to irregular power supply in the region he belongs. He concluded with a sincere request to the electricity supply department to take necessary steps to facilitate regular supply of power to houses.
Lakshmi Devi from Topchanchi Block, Dhanbad district called up to complain about the power shortages in their area. She reports that children face difficulty in studying if there is no electricity. Therefore, she requests the concerned authorities to look into the matter and reduce the amount of power shortage.

The training center was inaugurated Panchayat mukhiya Basanti Devi, Panchayat Samity member Champa Devi in presence of many other respected members of the Samity.

Farkeswar Mahto from Topchanci called to inform the listeners of JMR about foundation of a bridge over Jamunia river which will connect the regions like Chadri, Khera Bera, Chaita . This was initiated under the Mukhya mantra gram sarak yojana with a budget of 8 crores and the innaugration was done in presence of gram mukhiya Jayshankar Pandey and many others. But the question waived to the listeners is that while the bridge was supposed to be built between Chadri and Khera Bera and is actually being built between Chadri and Chaita.
धनबाद: तोपचांची,धनबाद से बैजनाथ महतो ने झारखण्ड मोबाइल वाणी को बताया कि कल २८ फरवरी को तोपचांची प्रखंड कार्यालय तियासी भवन में पंचायत समिति की बैठक प्रखंड प्रमुख सरिता देवी की अध्यक्षता में संपन्न हुई.बैठक में पंचायत समिति के सचिव सह प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी अखिलेश कुमार,अंचलाधिकारी चिंटूदेबू राय,विधायक प्रतिनिधि जगदीश चौधरी,संसद प्रतिनिधि सूर्य कुमार बढ़ई,कृषिपदाधिकारी मनोज कुमार,प्रखंड पशुपालन विभाग के मनोज कुमार समेत कई विभाग के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे.बैठक में पंचायत समिति के सचिव सह प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी के द्वारा १३वें वित्त आयोग का ब्यौरा सदन में रखा गया साथ ही अन्य विकास सम्बंधित जानकारी भी रखा गया. पंचायत समिति के सदस्य उषा देवी ने बैठक में मामला उठाया कि जब प्रखंड में १३वें वित्त आयोग के सर्वसमिति का गठन किया गया तो महिला समिति सदस्यों को नही बोला गया.बैठक में सभी विभागों से सम्बंधित चर्चा किया गया एवं १३वें वित्त आयोग की राशि से जो पंचायतों में योजना ली गई है उसे जल्द से जल्द पूरा करने की बात कही गई. साथ ही पंचायत समिति से पीए, डीए के लिए अपना भ्रमण रिपोर्ट प्रखंड कार्यालय में जमा करने की बात कही गई.
