Jeeva Nanthamoli from SIDCO Tiruppur, by the means of Sajha Manch, is saying that he was working in shed number 35 in SIDCO but his owner dint gave his salary yet, now it is difficult for him to buy ration. The owner has blocked his mobile number & when he calls from another number the owner is keeping repeating the same thing that he will come & give. Till now he asked his family back home to send some money to buy ration, Owners don't understand their situation that they have come far from home just to earn some money. The owner spends lakhs and lakhs of rupees in developing their company but they don't pay only 5K-6K rupees properly to their workers.

अगर ठेकेदार आपका वेतन नहीं दे रहा है तो इसके लिए आपका नियोक्ता उत्तरदायी है, अगर कंपनी के स्टाफ या मैनेजर आपको वेतन देने के लुए तारीख देता है तो आप अपनी कंपनी से उसे लिखित में ले लीजिए। अगर फिर भी आपको आपकी सैलरी ठीक ढंग से नहीं मिल रही तो आप लेबर ऑफिस में यूनियन की सहायता या फिर खुद भी लिखित में शिकायत कर सकते हैं, जहां आपको यह प्रूफ देना पड़ेगा कि आपकी कंपनी ने आपको सैलरी नहीं दी है। हम आपको सुझाव देते हैं कि आप जब भी किसी कंपनी को ज्वाइन करते हैं तो कंपनी आपको कुछ दस्तावेज देता है, यदि कंपनी आपको दस्तावेज नहीं देती है तो आपको इसकी मांग करनी चाहिए क्योंकि यह आपका अधिकार है और कंपनी आपको दस्तावेज देने से मना नहीं कर सकती , भले ही आप कॉन्ट्रैक्ट या पीस रेट के आधार पर काम कर रहे हों, केवल तभी आप यह साबित कर पाएंगे कि आप उस कारखाने से कार्यरत हैं, दस्तावेज़ जैसे : नियुक्ति पत्र, आई-डी कार्ड, वेतन पर्ची, यूएएन नंबर, ईएसआई I.P नंबर आदि । हमयह भी सुझाव देते हैं कि आप और आपके दोस्त यूनियनों के साथ जुड़े रहें।
