J.M.Rangila, Nawadih from Bokaro district called to inform the regular listeners of JMR about the Press Club meeting held at Nawadih Press Club, Durgamandir. The meeting was chaired by club president J.M. Rangila. He informed that the club membership was extended to Ram Chandra Kumar Anhjana, Vasudev Turi and Lalmani Mahto in presence of other club members. This was followed by a discussion to open a bank account for better functioning of the club. Umesh Kumar Mahto was chosen as the next club treasurer after the resignation of Dhurindar Shah with a majority voting from the club members.
J M Rangeela called from Nawadih, Bokaro to inform the listeners about the stone laying foundation of PCC road construction in Harijan Tola by Nawadih Block Development Officer Mohan Mahto. Innaugrating the ceremony, Mr Mahto commented that the State Government is always present to support the villages towards development and this trend will definitely transform every village into a prosperous one.

बोकारो: जे.एम.रंगीला ने नावाडीह, बोकारो से झारखण्ड मोबाइल वाणी को बताया कि नावाडीह प्रखंड मुख्यालय स्थित दुर्गा मंदिर में ३ मार्च को प्रेस क्लब की बैठक रखी गई है. बैठक में प्रेस क्लब के सचिव मनोज कुमार ने बताया कि इस बैठक में प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी द्वारा पत्रकारों का भयादोहन था प्रेस क्लब की मजबूती तथा अन्य मुद्दों पर विचार-विमर्श की जाएगी.बैठक में क्लब के संरक्षक वासुबिहारी तथा किरोधर राज खास तौर से उपस्थित रहेंगे.

बोकारो: नावाडीह, बोकारो से जे.एम.रंगीला ने झारखण्ड मोबाइल वाणी को बताया कि नावाडीह प्रखंड के चिरूडीह पंचायत सचिवालय में नया सवेरा विकास केंद्र द्वारा मनरेगा विषय पर एक दिवसीय जनजागरूकता कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया. कार्यशाला में विषय प्रवेश करवाते हुए नया सवेरा विकास केंद्र के बोकारो समन्वयक चुनुं सोरेन ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार द्वारा महत्वकांक्षी योजना मनरेगा धरातल पर अपने उद्देश्यों में विफल साबित हो रहा है, इसे पटरी पर लेन के लिए जनप्रतिनिधियों, अधिकारिओं तथा स्वयं सेवी संस्थाओं को आगे आना होगा. कार्यशाला में रामनाथ सोरेन, सहदेव मुर्मू,बाबुचंद मुर्मू,पाशुरम मांझी, संगीता देवी ने खुलेआम इंदरा आवास व मनरेगा में धांधली एवं घुषखोरी का आरोप अधिकारीयों पर लगाया. कई कुओं एवं तालाबो का निर्माण जलहीन स्थानों पर करने का आरोप ग्रामीणों ने लगाया.ग्रामीणों द्वारा लगाये गए आरोप का खंडन करते हुए नावाडीह प्रखंड के मनरेगा पदाधिकारी सुमन कुमार ने कहा कि जो भी योजना मनरेगा द्वारा दी जाती वह मुखिया व पंचायत समिति सदस्यों द्वारा चयनित स्थान पर किया जाता है तो इसमें मै क्या कर सकता हूँ?इस कार्यशाला में सैकड़ो की संख्या में महिला एवं पुरुष उपस्थित थे.कार्यशाला की अध्यक्षता नया सवेरा विकास केंद्र के नावाडीह प्रखंड के समन्वयक दुर्गा ने किया.
Mahabir Prasad Mahto, called to inform the listeners of JMR about a nexus of forest officials and few local village miscreants doing illegal cutting of forest trees and exporting them for commercial gain. This has become a threat to the region as growing deforestation is impacting the rainfall and also affecting the environment.He concluded with a sincere request to the administration for quick response on the same issue and take necessary action as early as possible.
बोकारो:नावाडीह, बोकारो से झारखण्ड मोबाइल वाणी को बताया कि कृषि प्रद्द्योगिकी प्रबंधन अभिकरण (आत्मा),बोकारो के द्वारा गोमिया प्रखंड के साड़म किसान मेला सह प्रौद्दोगिक प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन इस मेले का उद्घाटन जिला उपायुक्त अरवा राजकमल ने किया,इस दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि किसान भाई सरकार द्वारा दी जा रही सुविधाओं का लाभ लेने के लिए आगे आयें. इस कार्य हेतू जिला प्रशासन हर संभव तत्पर रहता है. एसबीएम अनीता सहाए ने कहा की किसान खेती में आधुनिक तकनिकी अपनाएं.तभी कृषि का सही विका हो पायेगा, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी विकास कुमार ने कहा कि कृषि विभाग बंजर भूमि के विकास के लिए अनुदान देती हैं. इस अवसर पर गोमिया प्रखंड कृषि पदाधिकारी समेत पंचायत की मुखिया भी मौजूद थीं. इस दौरान किसानों को अनुदान मूल्य पर पॉवर टेलर,ट्रैक्टर जैसे आदि कृषि उपकरण भी दिया गया. और साथ ही किसानों को पुरस्कृत भी किया गया.
Mahabir Prasad Mahto from Nawadih, Bokaro called to complain about the mismanagement in the MNREGA scheme. he informed that people are migrating to other places as the officials who head the MNREGA work are list bothered on providing employment. The recklessness of the officials have somehow allowed the middleman to gain their foothold for the same. He concluded with a request that MNREGA scheme should be properly executed and made available to the public.
Vasudev Turi from Nawadih, Bokaro called to share his opinion on the Panchayat Raj System in the area. He provided a vivid scenario on how the panchayat functions in the area. The Panchayat is not provided with full fledged powers to execute by the state government, moreover the state being hit by the naxalite, it is difficult to function. He said that, to add to it the Panchayat heads also dodnot know about their duties and rights. He concluded by saying that the the whole system mismanaged which is in need of a proper structure.
