धनबाद, तोपचाची के पंचायत चैयता गाँव खेरबेरा से रूपक महतो द्वारा यह बतलाया गया है कि दो वर्ष पहले एक योजना लिया गया था। इस योजना में किसानों की आवश्यकता के अनुसार सिचाई के लिए बोरिंग करना था। अत उन्होंने उपायुक्त से सही समय पर लागु की जाये।
