Now when I try to call, I am told to visit a website for help, and then the phone call gets disconnected. So what should I do in this situation? The call seems to connect, but they ask me to check a website, and then it disconnects. I have always used a smartphone, though I didn’t use it for a few days, and now in 2026 I am facing these issues. If there is any other contact number available, please provide it.
