"Namaskar. In our area, I, Rajendra Kumar, am the Councillor of Nathpura village, Burari, Delhi. This is a matter concerning visual disability. Friends, Jai to all in our community. The reviews and opinions of Ashok Ji are truly commendable. Munna Lal Ji is appreciating him, and that feels very good. However, I have a complaint against Mr. Ashok. I had asked a question earlier: How many government and non-government special schools are there for visually impaired individuals in Punjab and Haryana? But till date, respected Ashok Ji has not answered that question. Even now, if he hears this, I hope he responds. Regarding the topic of begging – in my opinion, begging is a negative trait, and some people suffer from a kind of mental illness related to begging. I saw a visually impaired girl in Mathura-Vrindavan who was working as a bank clerk. But suddenly, due to some inner thought, she left her bank job and started sitting on the Parikrama Marg (pilgrimage path), saying – 'Why should I work in a bank when the Lord of the Universe (Banke Bihari) is providing everything to everyone? Why should I do a job?' Now tell me, what would you say about this? What kind of domestic or family pressure might be behind this? So yes, begging becomes not just a symptom of poverty, but also a human tendency. Whether someone is educated or disabled, some people make it a habit. We have met many such visually impaired individuals, and we tried to stop them from begging and took them to school. But they couldn’t adjust in school. Slowly, after many conflicts and arguments, they left the school and returned to their previous lifestyle. This happens with many types of people, not just the visually impaired. Now the issue is about standards and policies. Our rights and guidelines have been changed. What is now being observed is that some non-disabled people are trying to get disability reservation by pretending to be visually impaired."

Hi Doctor, good evening, I hope everything is fine. You all must be enjoying and busy with your work. I am Mr. Sharma from Delhi, Sonia (maybe a place or locality), speaking. I want to connect 100% directly through this platform. There’s someone coming from Umaria, Madhya Pradesh, who is asking: In our UDID card (Unique Disability ID), the date of birth is incorrect — either it's their own card or their friend's card (I couldn’t hear that clearly). But whoever’s UDID card has the wrong date of birth — whether it's their own or their friend's — they should go back to the hospital where the UDID card was originally applied for. It may have been applied in Sagar (name of a city), or whichever hospital was mentioned during the online or offline process. So, you must visit the same hospital where the UDID card was made and talk to the doctors or officials there about correcting the date of birth. Thank you. Jai Hind, Jai Bharat. I hope the answer to your question is clear — regarding the wrong date of birth in the UDID card. Whether it's your friend's card or your own, I couldn't hear that part clearly, but I did understand that the date of birth is wrong. So the solution I’ve given should help — please visit the hospital where the card was made and get it corrected.
First Incident – SBI Bank: The SBI bank suddenly blocked my transactions despite assuring me earlier that everything with my KYC (Know Your Customer) was fine. They had told me that my KYC was complete and I wouldn’t have to do it again until 2034. In fact, just last month, I withdrew money using my Aadhaar card without any issue. But this month, on August 14, they suddenly blocked my account. This has caused me a lot of distress. Please explain: Why do banks do this suddenly? How can they block someone’s account without prior notice? What is the solution to this? Can I resolve this issue while sitting here in Delhi, or do I have to go back to my home district to fix it? Second Incident – A Joyful One: I also want to share something joyful. My railway pass has been made! I have turned 50 years old, and Indian Railways issued me a senior citizen card accordingly. This is my duty as a citizen of India, and I am deeply grateful to our honorable Prime Minister and the Indian government. At the same time, I’m also very thankful to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) – the organization that taught me to walk (figuratively) and serve. Through their volunteers, I was able to apply for this concession card. It bears the stamp of the Sangh and represents their support. I sincerely thank the RSS and all the volunteers and social workers who tirelessly stand by you for your welfare – even before you fall, they’re there to hold you up. Final Thought: In our society, there are countless selfless organizations and volunteers who are silently working for your betterment. Let them be your strength. Let me know if you’d like help writing a formal complaint to the bank or a letter of appreciation to the railway department or RSS.

Good morning, friends. My name is Suraj and I’m speaking from New Delhi. I have a problem and I personally want to ask Munna Lal Bharti about it, but if anyone else has the right information, please let me know. I have lost my 12th class marksheet and I don’t have any record that would allow me to apply for it online. I had completed my 12th under the CBSE board. Right now, I urgently need the marksheet because the company where I’ve got a job is asking for it. But I don’t have it. So please tell me how I can get a duplicate copy of this marksheet as soon as possible. I even went to the CBSE office, but they told me to go to the school where I gave my exam. So can you please tell me what the process might be? Please help. Thank you.
Deepak is saying examination of Railway group D has not been announced yet.

Hello, this is Jantosh speaking from Delhi, Purari Baba Colony. A sister is asking from Chennai — probably from Chennai — whether she will get a hostel in Amritsar for 10th, 12th, or graduation-level studies. Sister, you will not get a free hostel in Amritsar for graduation-level studies. If you get admission in a university there, and if that university provides hostel facilities, then you can apply for a hostel there. You may get a hostel with a fee. You might get a free hostel only if the university provides such a facility, or under some special scheme. If you're looking for completely free hostels or want to stay without paying anything and later return, then Amritsar might not be a suitable option. Instead, you can aim for admission in Delhi University by securing good marks in your 10+2 exams. Once you get admission in Delhi University, you might be provided hostel facilities there — within the university — depending on availability and your eligibility. So, you should try to score good marks in your 10+2 exams and aim for a reputed university like Delhi University. Thank you.
