Bula is from Gorkhapur, Uttar Pradesh, says through Saajha Manch (Mobile Vaani) because of lockdown he is stuck there. He does not have money to buy food or Ration to eat. He said that the government had announced through media and newspaper to deposit some money but still he has not credited to his own account. He says that I am the handicapped man, so he wants for help through Saajha Manch. He is asking for help through Saajha Manch.
