I'm Kamala Muduli from Mandaguda village of Koraput block, Koraput district. I'm a Paraja Women. Today I'm going to say how I'm preparing Aamblia saag. At . After so first I bring pumpkin leaves, peas and boil them in a pot. Adding soaked rice with red chillies, salt and turmeric making it a batter and add that to the pot after the leafy vegetable and peas boiled well. Adding tamarind juice to it . After few minutes the food is cooked well . I move the pot from stove and serve hot.
My name is Daimati Paraja and I'm from Mandaguda village of Mahadeiput grampanchayat falling under Koraput block of Koraput district. In this season we tribals collect raw tamarind from trees, clean and make it boil well. Then by grinding onion, garlic, red chillies, turmeric, will add that paste to cooking pot. Then filter that tamarind water in that pot, after boiling few minutes we add dried prawns to that .. And the curry will be prepared after few minutes

He Is saying that he plough the land for 3 times then saw fingermillet crops mixing with manures, after 4-5 months harvests the yieldings after it get ripen. With the help of cows and buffalo he separates the crops from the stalks .keep some of those for his use and rest he sells for money.
