My name is Daimati Paraja and I'm from Mandaguda village of Mahadeiput grampanchayat falling under Koraput block of Koraput district. In this season we tribals collect raw tamarind from trees, clean and make it boil well. Then by grinding onion, garlic, red chillies, turmeric, will add that paste to cooking pot. Then filter that tamarind water in that pot, after boiling few minutes we add dried prawns to that .. And the curry will be prepared after few minutes
