Bokaro: Jasraj Prasad called from Kasmar, Bokaro to talk about the private franchisee outlet opened in the region he belongs. The franchisee is opened to collect electricity bill payments from consumers of the village. He said that the amount due is too high for him to pay and hence wants to pay it in small installments.

Dashrath Prasad from Kasmar Block of Bokaro district called up to share his opinion about the lack of availability of registration for migrants. According to him, the facility of migrant labour registration is not available in any Panchayat. In his opinion, he says, the migrants who have suffered a handicap while their tenure of migration or have died, and who couldn't register to their Panchayats due to non availability of any such entitlements at the Panchayats should be given their due share of entitlements by the Labour Department. Requesting to the labour department he says, that the migrant labour is essentially from Jharkhand, it is his right to receive the entitlement. Talking about the case of Ganesh Mahto he says that due to lack of initiative from the Panchayat Mukhiya, the labour's family should not suffer, hence he pleads to the Labour Department to look into the matter and help Mahto's family.
बोकारो: कसमार प्रखंड के दातो गाँव बोकारो से दशरथ कुमार दसौंदी ने झारखण्ड मोबाइल वाणी के माध्यम से कहते हैं कि बोकारो जिले के ७ प्रखंडों के बिजली अब फ्रेंचाईजी के हवाले कर दिया गया है अर्थात बिजली का निजीकरण कर दिया गया है. बिजली का निजीकरण होने के बाद जितने लोगो का बिजली बिल का भुगतान बागी है उनलोगों को इसी महीने में बिल का भूगतान करना है और अगर कोई व्यक्ति भुगतान नही कर पता है तो उस केस दर्ज किया जायेगा.ये कहना है फ्रेंचाईजी वालों का. वे कहते हैं कि मेरा प्रखंड भी इसमें शामिल है और मेरे जैसे कितने लोग है जो गरीबी रेखा के नीचे रहने वाले लोग है. अगर इन पर कंपनी द्वारा केस दर्ज किया जाता है तो उनकी स्थिति क्या होगी. अत: झारखण्ड मोबाइल वाणी के माध्यम से झारखण्ड सरकार से अनुध है की गरीब परिवारों की बिजली बिल माफ़ किया जाये.
Bokaro: Sudeep Kumar Mahto called in from Kasmar, Bokaro to talk about the underdeveloped situation in his village. He said the Village Paro from where He called is still living distant from development. There is no electricity, no road connectivity, water scarcity etc. The village folks go early to bed as there is no power supply in the region. The village is also surrounded wild animal habitat which sometimes cross their habitat boundaries and enter the village premises.

Ravi Kumar called from Kasmar, Bokaro to inform about the absence of electricity in his village for last two months due to a defective electrical transformer that has not been repaired in the last sixty days. The long absence of power supply in the region has impacted the students in their studies. He concluded saying that the electricity board need to take immediate note of this incident and arrange for repairing the transformer and resume electricity supply in the region.
