First clean the leaves. Then fry some spot green grams with out oil for few minutes. Then pour there 1 glass of water and leaves this for few minutes untill the green gram cooked properly. Then add there sunsuniya leaves. Then add salt as per taste and on the lid for few minutes. Then put another pan on stove and put there some mustard oil, when it starts heating add there some mustard seeds, onion, garlic and green chilies. Properly temper them and then add this tempering to the cooked green gram and sunsuniya leaves
