Reply: To get free sewing machine from Social welfare board under Sathyavani ammayar sewing machine scheme, eligible girls can apply for it. Widows, women abandoned by husband, destitutes, differently abled people can get it. tp get it, your monthly income should be less than Rs.12000. Address proof, tailoring experience, caste certificate, 2 passport size photos, documents stating the person is Widows, women abandoned by husband, destitutes, differently abled, apply with all these documents. The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 40. Training by women self help group can also be submitted as a proof. Filled application should be given to dist welfare board.

Reply: Under Employees State Insurance Act, 1948, many facilities has been made for medical, funding, maternity, differently abled people. In this fund, both employee and employer give their contribution. Central labour ministry decides the contribution for ESI. Employees of Companies which are registered in this scheme should fill the form and give a family photo. Every worker will be given insurance ID card. You need to register it only once. The person who has got insurance will be given temporary ID card. This is valid for 3 months. If the person continues the work he will be given permanent ID card. This ID card is useful to get medical and pharmacies benefits and also to get assistant funds.
