Its noisy, due to dust we get eye irritation. Its difficult for people with wheezing issues. I had wheezing issues from the beginning and my health was getting worst. Kaliappan: State finance commission allots 10% of its funds for our panchayath. Minimum contribution will be also given from Central commission as direct funding. State commission gives minimum of 7lakh rupees to every panchayath. More funding will be given according to the population, count of backward people and landscape of village. Maximum of 20 to 25 lakhs per year is given. Central Govt gives fund in the name of project funding. Like Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, MGNREGA project, to implement such Central Govt schemes Central Govt gives direct funding. Other than this State Govt also fulfills some projects. For example Chief Minister Solar Powered Green House Scheme, Tamil Nadu Rural Roads Improvement Scheme. PM scheme and TN are both different. For all these we are getting separate funding. State and central Govt is giving funding for our and village development. Selecting the beneficiaries and making proper use of all the funding is the duty of each one of us. Narrator: Thank you sir. 1) TN Govt said On October 2nd gram sabha will be conducted in all village panchayaths. 2) It has been asked to follow COVID rules in gram sabha. 3) Gram sabha in restricted areas will be held after the dates received by dist collector. 4) It was asked to avoid attending gram sabha if any symptoms like cold or fever is found. 5) Old age people and toddlers must not attend gram sabha. 6) Gram sabha must be conducted in a open place or well ventilated building. 7) Before gram sabha meeting the full place must be sanitised. Also hand sanitiser should be kept in the gram sabha meeting. 8) Face mask is must for everyone who are attending gram sabha. 9) COVID rules enforced by Dist collectors must be followed.
