I am Sudha. Through Valikati vallimuthu i got to know about the importance of ration card. I will share about it to my villagers about it.

I am Sudha from Alangiyam. Earlier provisions were given properly in ration shops but now they are asking for thumb impression. Due to this the shop is getting crowded and we are not able to follow social distancing. Old age people are facing issue of not being able to get finger print properly. So all our villagers are condemning this system.

I am Sudha from Vizhithugal. People of Erode if you want to change the ration card, can apply before 20 December 2020 at ration shop or zonal supply office.

I am Mutthal. I go for forest work. During corona i struggled without work. Now somehow we are managing it. New ration card system is affecting our time. Bio matric is not working sometimes and taking time. We have to take old people to buy provisions.

I am Venupriya from Pallipalayam. I have applied for ration card. Initially it was said card is in printing process but later said the card is blocked. I dont know the reason for ban. How to apply again for ration card. Please tell me.

A person's photo is there in our family ration card. He is no more alive now. How to change the photo? Ponnusamy: Every ration card will be in the name of head of the family and with the photo. If a person whose photo is there in the family ration card is no more alive, then submit death certificate of the deceased to e-service center. And name should be removed. After that apply with next level family head's photo and get the ration card. Leone: That was a perfect answer. Photo of the head of the family will reflect in ration card. What to do if the person is no more alive. What to do if a photo of nonmember or some one who is not related to our family reflects in that card? The answer for this question is, take the photo of the head of the family to e-service center and tell that the person's photo which is reflecting in our ration card is not related to our family and this is the photo of our family head. And you can change it.
