Mr. Manikandan was joined today in Sathur taluk Rangarajapuram Govt employment dept. He has finished his 9th and he was working due to poverty. Information by Rakammal from Semmalar union.

I am Ramalakshmi from Chellayapuram. From the beginning of lockdown, migrant workers are believing that Govt will take them to their native. Madhya Pradesh and Gujarath Govt has changed labours laws for 3 years. In middle of this Karnataka Govt is asking the workers to stay in Karnataka to help the economy of the state. A construction worker Sameer Kumar, construction worker who walked 340 kms says I cant wait anymore. I dont know when will I reach UP.

I am Ramalakshmi from Semmalar union. The minimum wage of workers is less than what they used to get 15 years back. There is no job security. There are 2 categories in work place. One is those who work and the other one is those who supervise the workers. There is always difference of opinion between these two category of people. Management and union reduced its differences.

Caller says owners should give work and proper wages to workers. Anyways they will get it when the things comes to normal. In this time of difficulty do not leave the workers who has worked hard.

I am Kuruvammal incharge of Semmalar union, from Meenampatti. A specific fire work has been open and the workers working today will not work tomorrow and the work time is till 12pm only. Only those whose PF is deducted are working now. Contract workers are not allowed inside. What will that workers do? So they are asking question whether they can get some money salary?

I am Nagarathinam. Today job fair was conducted at Sanarpati zonal office. I gave NK radio pamphlets to 150 people. Among them 28 people called NK radio and 3 people recorded their views. Even in the midst of job tension, 3 people called NK radio.

Interested candidtaes can make use of it.
