At home, I realized something — why is it always assumed that women should tolerate everything? Why can’t I speak up when someone is bothering me? I want to say this: First of all, there should be no violence against women. And there should be an organization, run by women themselves, that provides support and strength to women so they can face their problems. Why is it that when girls are in school, boys misbehave? And why isn't there any system or expense allocated to protect them or to make a phone call if they’re in trouble, like from a car or other places? Why don’t we teach such lessons to boys? We are pushing women backward by saying things like "I have children" as an excuse. Then how can anyone spend money or effort on helping you if you're not even ready to stand up for yourself? So, firstly, such an organization must exist — a proper one — with a website and contact number so that it can be reached in times of emergency. It should be known and accessible. And the system should not delay identifying who is causing the problem — even through voice (audio) recognition if needed. If someone is senior or experienced, especially a senior woman, she should make her number available and take initiative. If a woman is harassed or troubled, she must raise her voice and say clearly that she is being harassed. Women must come forward. Also, men should take a stand and say that women should not be troubled. Ask — what exactly happened? A woman must come forward because she is educated. But then what is the use of education if it cannot protect her? Women need to rise, speak for themselves, face their problems, and make it known — who called, what the issue was. Let there be some action.
