I always prefer getting my SIM cards from the office, but I didn’t know that a disability certificate was required. You solved my problem — thank you for that. It was my mistake that I didn’t take my disability certificate with me that day, even though I had it. I should have taken it. That was my fault. I won’t repeat this mistake in the future. Hello friends, this is Dashrath Dangi speaking to you. I want to share some information from my village Khajariya, Bahra, Ajagarh district, Madhya Pradesh. On 23rd September 2025, I went to Bhilport with my VI (Visually Impaired) ID card. There, my eye photo did not appear, which caused me a lot of trouble. The process was done by them, but they asked for a disability certificate. So, I want to know — what exactly is a disability certificate? Although my work was completed using fingerprint verification, I am worried that if my SIM card gets damaged or lost in the future, it might be difficult to get a replacement without the eye photo. In such a condition, when the eye photo does not appear, what should we do or not do? If any brothers or sisters have information on this, please share it immediately. I request this with folded hands because this kind of problem often happens to me. That’s why, through me, if anyone has information on how to get such a SIM card by some other means when the eye photo does not come, please record it. I want the old voice version from earlier Google versions, but it’s not getting set properly. Also, the current voice from Google Assistant is not how I want it. For example, when I say something on YouTube, it reads or recognizes something else. I say “DD Live” for news, but it picks up and says something else instead.
