You will be given a writer there." This is absolutely correct. At least this will solve one problem for blind persons — they used to struggle to find a writer, sometimes they found one, sometimes they didn’t. So, at least this much is good that your exam will not get shorter, and no matter what kind of writer you get, you will get one. This shows that now those who are blind should continue their studies and strengthen themselves in education. They need to stay active in every field, whether it’s computer technology or reading books like you all do or want to learn. They should show interest because now we cannot depend solely on technology. The old times seem to be coming back — now you will have to rely more on books. Technology won’t last long, as new rules and laws are being implemented with a lot of monitoring. Instead of using, there is more monitoring happening. Our Indian youth are investing their time in useless things and blaming the government for unemployment. People watch videos on smartphones that have no use. They consider it entertainment but don’t realize that their time is being wasted. We don’t realize the value of time. All these rules and guidelines are issued to teach us lessons. This is the result of our mistakes that all of us have to bear today. Now the government has implemented it, and everyone is concerned about how the exam will be conducted. We must accept that the problem is faced by everyone, especially our future generation — the small children. Though we have passed or are passing through this time, our future generations, especially our disabled friends who are visually impaired, will have to face the consequences. We all need to understand this. So please keep this in mind: if you don’t get a writer, make sure you take it from the center. Do not rely on those who say, “We will put a senior writer, or we will pay money, and everything will be fine.” Such things won’t work anymore. This will not be allowed.

As for my education so far, in Bihar I studied through an NGO – these NGOs usually offer 2-3 month courses. But in those, there are no regular classes. I want to inform you, Mr. Vishnu, that the pension in Uttar Pradesh has not increased. The pension in UP remains the same as before—there has been no hike in the pension amount. However, there has been an increase in the pension amount in Bihar. Earlier, the pension amount in Bihar was ₹400, and now it has been increased to ₹1,100. That means there has been a raise of ₹700 in Bihar's pension. So, regarding pensions—only Bihar's pension amount has increased. Bihar's pension was ₹400, and now it is ₹1,100, which means a hike of ₹700. As far as the pension in Uttar Pradesh is concerned, there has been no increase at all.
