This means that before applying for any SSC exam, you need to complete your OTR. Only after completing OTR can you apply for the exam. These are the rules currently applicable to SSC. For other exams like Railway, Banking, GSSSB, or other forms (like Triple S, D, A, DS etc.), there are no specific updated guidelines yet. As of now, apart from SSC, no other new guidelines have been issued.
