I'm Lobi Muduli, from Ambagan village of Koraput district.Today I'm saying something on Starfruit bean cultivation. We cultivate Starfruit beans. To cultivate at first we plough the land with plougher. Then sow the seeds and cover with soil around those seeds. We do this 4 to 5 times in the first week, when the shoots come out we dig pits near the shoots and keeping some wood or bamboo ,cover with soil. The creepers Grow with the support of those bamboos. When it starts fruiting we pluck the mature fruits and cleanse those well. Putting kadhai on fire, we add mustard, onion, chillies and fri it well. Then adding those chopped veggeies and fry it well.

Madan dami of Koraput dist Amagaon village saying about the collection and preservation process of bamboo shoots. We found that forest only in rainy season. When the bamboo soft that period we collect it and bring to home then cut piece by piece then doing kanji and dried sunlight then intake when the insufficient food. It's a nutritional food so we never missed for consuming it.
Kundan Dami from Ambagaon village of Koraput block, Koraput is saying about mango and it's preservation. It's available in the summer season we going to mango tree and collection under the tree or plucking. We consume some and rest making liquor mango juice. The squashed juice we boiling a pot add salt, chilli then to pour the bamboo rice cleaner then drying sunlight. After drying we called amba sadha. Then we consume it in the rainy season. Also the seeds we making mango porridge which gives us energy to the body.

We collect the some just ripping date palm by climbing the tree. We also took some rest by preserving with mixed up salt and chilli in sunlight that ate in rainy season. We also selling it in market. We drying Sunlight for killing insects.

Which type of should be eaten and what should be applied on face for removing pimples. I'm 6thin class I'm suffering face pimples taking different medicine but no gives any results.
