Jimita paraseth from Malipada,tumudibandha,kandhamal saying about processing of making moth bean as daal. Clean the month beans properly. Them dry them under sunlight properly. When it dry properly boil the beans in a large vasel, boil minimum 3 to 4 kgs. When it cooked properly, then fry the boiled beans and let it be cool for 1 day. Then make daal by grinding these beans by hand. If we make daal in this process this will cooked easily and also tastes good.
