Then add rice flour as required to make. pancakes. Add Salt and Sugar as per taste. Mix well and make a batter. Put a Tawa on stove and put little ghee on the tawa, then make circular pancake shapes on tawa. Few minutes later flip to another side also. This is very tasty.

If we make Satu by our own and feed the children then this will very good for their health. We can prepare the same as, have to bring Usuna rice half kilogram, whole wheat half kilogram, chickpeas 200 gram, cashews 100 gram, sugar half kilogram. Then fry all of them in a pan separately, remember no need to add oil. Then grind all of them also separately. Then clean all by the help of a strainer, and mix all of them. Transfer the prepared mixture in to a jar. Then feed children as per their requirements like 1 and half spoon for 10 month old kid, 4/5 spoons for 2 to 4 year old kid etc. This is very healthy and nutritious for kids. In villages we make this food by our own and feed children.

Normally Sabala Dried fishes are very salty, so wash and clean these fishes with sour water of watered rice. Transfer washed dried fishes in to a bowl and add there turmeric powder, chili powder, salt as per taste and masala powder, then mix them well. Put a tawa on stove and put some oil in to it. Then put those dried fishes and fry these for 10 to 15 minutes. It will roast after fry this for few minutes, then remove the tawa from stove and serve. This will be very tasty if you eat this with watered rice. This is the traditional food of villages.
