Ingredients- Cabbage 200 grams, carrots 200 grams, green peas 200 grams, beet root 200 grams, Pepcicum 200 grams. Lut a pan on stove and put oil on that pan. Let the oil to be hot. Then add onion, ginger and garlic on the oil and saute for few minutes. Then pour some water and add salt as per taste, and let it boiled. Then add all the veggies in to the pan. Let the veggies to be cooked. Then add soya sauce and green chili sauce, mix them well. Then add corn flour in this mixture and mix well again. Then add 1 spoon black pepper powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix them well and veg soup is ready.
