Hello friends, this is Ramkaran from Deoria district, Uttar Pradesh. I am fully visually impaired. I face problems while traveling by buses—often, bus staff do not allow more than one disabled person to board. This happens in areas like Gorakhpur, Deoria, Mathura, Vrindavan, and Ayodhya. Also, in places like Bahraich where there are no government depots, private buses do not accept the UDID card for fare concessions. I had to pay full fare. Please provide information on whether disabled passengers can get half fare in private buses using a UDID card.
