Greetings friends. My name is Yashod, and I am a 100% visually impaired person from Bageshwar district, Uttarakhand. I would like to seek information regarding the Railway Concession Certificate. I already have a disability certificate and would like to know whether I can apply for the Railway Concession Certificate online or if it is necessary to visit the DRM Office and submit the application offline. Since the DRM Office for my area is located in Moradabad, traveling there can be difficult. I understand that the required form can be obtained from the hospital, but I am not clear about the application process, especially whether any online facility is available. I request brothers and sisters who have already obtained this certificate or have knowledge about the process to kindly share the information.
