I work in farm. There is no proper work now. I get Rs.250 per day. During corona i didnt had work. I was at home. Radio programs are really helpful. Also we have asked question about ESI. Many of you have shared answers. Also our radio has helped people who have asked help for their PF.

In English there are so many words for human trafficking, kidnapping, child lifting, abduction, smuggling and trafficking. Client: Everything has different meanings!! VM: Not only meanings it says about different types of trafficking. Client: Please explain it. sir. VM: Ok. As per Section 359 in The Indian Penal Code, it divided kidnapping into 2 categories. One is kidnapping from India, and another one in kidnapping from lawful guardianship. Client: Lawful guardianship means police. Oh!! They kidnap from Police??? VM: Police makes sure that no one violates the law. So they are defenders of law. Lawful guardianship means biological parents, or guardian under whose supervision the person is. They are lawful guardianship. Client: Ok ok. Next tell me what is Kidnapping. VM: 14 year old boy or girl below 18 years, or mentally affected person if anyone of them are kidnapped it is called as kidnapping. In next episode I will explain.
Grievance: I am Chitra. I was working in ST company. My PF was deducted. I am unable to get it. Please help me in getting it. Reply: Chitra told she didnt get PF. We called and spoke to her. She has worked in Koolapatti, ST company. She has worked for 1.5 years. She quit the job in the year 2018. When she went to close PF, the company didnt respond properly. She has payslip but UAN number has not been mentioned. Using PF toll free number we generated UAN number. We have asked her to approach company. If they are not responding well we will ask to approach PF office.
