Avnish Kumar from Kathikund of Dumka district called up and informed that health education is very poor in Kathikund. To provide adequate medical facilities health department has been allotted a CSC building with total investment of about three crores. However the department has still not started functioning properly. He further tells that in this short period center's infrastructure have gone worsen. He requested BMV to try and resolve this matter.
