I am Santhanamari. Today I am going to talk about Janaki's husband. He was an alcoholic. Daily he used to drink and eat them under the influence of alcohol. The kids said they are unable to study. Even the kids started to go to the same estate. Till now i adjusted. But now thrugh PTS do something. Sharathi told her to go to PTS they will surely do something. We asked her what help she needs. She said please reffer some deaddiction centre. When we ask them, they are asking for Rs.10000 per month. I am unale to pay that amount. I have spend for my kids education expences. I am working as domestic helper. So please us madam. We said we cannot help her financially but we can talk to deaddiction centers. Immediately we took the number and called them. They said you have to pay Rs.9500. Within 3 month he can be completely out of this habit. I said will you really do this? Because she works as a domestic helper. She is not able to pay Rs.9500. Then thye said you can pay Rs.7000. Then we told we are calling from union. We have 20000 members. She has shared her story with us. So only we are talking to you. Then they said pay Rs.5400. Immediately she went and joined him there. Later she distributed sweets to everyone saying successfully he is at home without any habits. He goes to carpenter work and comes ack home. Gives all the money. Even kids are grown up now. So he is afraid of them.

Hello this is Santhanamari from PTS. Today we went to Tiruvallur collector office. Because last month 3rd a boy named Agila has been murdered by the some people. He was in love with a girl. Because of some problem he has been killed by girl's family members. We already spoke to the higher officials and 4 members were arrested. But after 10days they were released. After coming out of jail they told the boy's family that we are released now, you cant do anything against us. Whatever you do, no one can touch us. They gave complaint petition everything but no actions were taken. Today we went to collector office and also met SP and gave the petition. We all have request the authorities to take action against the parents of that girl and requested to arrest them. And we have also decided to conduct a protest if no action is being taken by the authorities.
I am Santhanamari from PTS. In the year 2011, I have sent a request letter for 11 members. And in 2018 i have sent for 14 members. 29 pensions were stopped. They said it will be release within 3 months But it didnt come. When i went and enquired they said the age is different in all the ID proofs. I asked them if there is something wrong why you didnt inform us and ask for proper document. So they returned us everything and said everyone should get NOC. They should get NOC but they asked us to get the NOC. At the age of 60 who will run behind this to get it. Then we ran behind everything and got NOC. They all came and started asking us. So we told them we can go and protest for the same. They all came with us to fight to get the pension. Even though they were old they assured that they will come to fight. Because they dont have any other support. Even if they get Rs1000 it will be useful for them. On March 5th e protest in a big manner. They all participated in it. We gave many petitions and letters. Now all are getting pension. They are calling people for enquiry and asking them to give the required documents.
This is Sandhanamari from PTS. Today there as a camp from labour port. In this camp 55 people from pudur participated. People were finding it difficult to go to Tiruvallur for registration work. So this camp was really useful. We are bvery happy that many got benefitted. Many people became members of our union. And we have asked 30 people to call urimai kural.
