Go there, talk to them about your situation, and let them know that you are interested in working in areas like candle-making, incense-stick making, soap, or other types of packing work. If your land or property has not been officially registered under Jamabandi (land record mutation), then please get it done as soon as possible—whether in the name of your father or mother. Whether it's your house or farmland, ensure that it is registered under Jamabandi. If it is not, the land will be considered government land. The government has declared that unregistered land will be taken over. Please take help from an Amin (land surveyor), and get your land record updated online. Once it is done, your name will be listed in the official online records, and you will not face any legal issues regarding your land. If your name or your father's/mother's name is not in the survey or Jamabandi records, the land can be declared government property. If no one in your family is aware of this, please inform them as soon as possible. Land records are being updated online now. Surveys are ongoing, and names are being recorded in those surveys. I’m bringing you this information on our platform, friends. Whoever has an Ayushman Card, I want to share something important. Earlier, the Ayushman Card used to be made for just ₹50. Last year, everyone came to know about it. But now, if you have an Ayushman Card, you can receive ₹3,000 per month — but only for Bihari residents. Just like in Bihar, you can check this in your own state or in your own district, like in Vaishali. The government is giving ₹3,000 per month through the Ayushman Card. That’s what we’ve heard. The process was done by them, but they asked for a disability certificate. So, I want to know — what exactly is a disability certificate? Although my work was completed using fingerprint verification, I am worried that if my SIM card gets damaged or lost in the future, it might be difficult to get a replacement without the eye photo. Samsung phones are very good — they come with TalkBack and work very smoothly, which is very helpful for blind users. They are easy to operate.
