I would like to tell you that when I used to study in a school, there was an ATM machine there. On the right side of the machine, especially on the upper surface, numbers like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 were marked in a raised format, along with dot symbols. These markings help in identifying the numbers by touch.

At the entrance of every bank branch, the contact number of the nodal officer is usually displayed. Go to the same branch where you have your account and check the number of the nodal officer there.
