The required documents are: Aadhaar Card PAN Card Ration Card Family ID / Parivar Pehchan Patra Haryana resident proof, such as a Domicile / Residence Certificate Scheduled Caste Certificate (i.e., Caste Certificate) Copy of your Bank Account Four passport-size photographs You need to take all these documents with you and complete the documentation, after which you can apply for this scheme by visiting your nearest Jan Seva Kendra (Common Service Center).
