Greetings from Hamari Vaani. My name is Rajveer Kumar Pathak from Lakhupura village, Burari, Delhi, and I am a person with disability. I want to raise a serious concern about why some people harass girls by calling them unnecessarily, especially when they share their numbers for help or information. I strongly request everyone to stop such behavior. The government has issued strict instructions, and soon callers’ names will be visible directly, making it easy to identify offenders, who may face serious consequences. Our society must protect and respect our daughters and sisters, not trouble them. Mutual respect and cooperation are essential to strengthen our community. I urge everyone to stop harassing calls and help create a safe and respectful environment for women.”

Advising girls not to record their number on HV.
Hello friends, I am Sonu Gupta, a person with visual impairment in both eyes. I request the officials of Hamari Vaani to please broadcast this recording, as it is an important alert for our brothers and sisters with disabilities. A few days ago, I was sitting at platform number 16 of Old Delhi Railway Station around 10–11 a.m. There was peace around and no one was near me. A woman from Chhapra came to me and asked if I wanted food. I refused, but she forcibly fed me litti made of gram flour. After eating it, I started feeling sleepy, and she took advantage of the situation and stole my mobile phone worth around ten thousand rupees and my bowl. Therefore, whenever you go out, avoid taking out your mobile phone repeatedly, do not make or receive calls on the way, and avoid carrying expensive phones while traveling. Use a basic phone outside and use your smartphone only after reaching home. Because of this incident, I am currently unable to make calls. If anyone needs to contact me, please note my family’s number: 8953985441. I hope you all learn from this experience. I will meet you again with new information. Thank you very much.”
My name is Vijay Kumar Rajat from Dandu village, Govindpur Panchayat, Rajnagar Block, Seraikela-Kharsawan district, Jharkhand, and I am 100% visually impaired. I feel happy and encouraged to hear about survey discussions on Hamari Vaani, as it shows efforts to improve the platform by considering different abilities and language styles. Although I could not continue my studies after matriculation due to circumstances, through Hamari Vaani I feel I can learn, move in a new direction, and grow by interacting with others. Life is a struggle, but by staying strong, supporting one another, and facing challenges, we can move towards success.”
