I am Munna Lal Bharti from Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, and I am 100% visually impaired. People with disabilities are working in many different fields according to their qualifications, although their numbers may still be low. Sometimes, however, we hear about people who are not actually disabled but misuse the disability quota to get jobs. This shows that there is still a lack of awareness in society. As for employment, educated and qualified people with disabilities should definitely raise their voices for opportunities. If someone does not get a job, they should continue trying rather than lose hope. People with disabilities are already working in banking, railways, SSC, cricket, and many other sectors.
