Hello, I'm Suraj from New Delhi. If your Android phone is on silent, go to Settings > Sound & Vibration and make sure the Ring Volume is turned up. Also check that Do Not Disturb is turned off. If these settings are correct, your phone should ring normally when you receive a call. If you use a keypad phone, someone else may be able to guide you better.
