If you want to get one, visit the DRM (Divisional Railway Manager) Office in your state and meet the concerned officials. Carry all the required documents, including your Aadhaar card, disability certificate (medical certificate), UDID card, passport-size photographs, and, if applicable, proof that you are studying. Even if you are not studying, you should still take the required documents. The DRM Office will guide you through the application process and inform you about the processing time.
