Greetings to Hamari Vaani. My name is Rajesh Kumar Pathak, and I am from Burari, Delhi. In response to Swagat Ji's request to share livelihood information, I would like to briefly share my professional journey. On 18 July 2005, I joined a school run by the National Federation of the Blind as a Music Teacher and served there until November 2013. Thereafter, I joined a government school in Delhi as a Guest Music Teacher. In 2019, I appeared for an interview conducted under the Social Welfare Department and was selected for a contractual Music Teacher position. Subsequently, the school came under the Department of Education, Government of Delhi, where I continue to work as a contractual Music Teacher. While I am grateful to have this employment, being on a contractual post means there is always uncertainty about job security. Changes in government policies, transfers, or the appointment of a permanent employee against the post can affect my employment at any time. Despite these challenges, I continue to perform my duties with dedication and remain committed to my profession. Thank you.
