Manoj Kumar from Kanke Ranchi says through Jharkhand Mobile Vaani that Prime ministers thought to provide free medicines to poor was appreciative but by stepping back the poor will be deeply affected. Prime Minister cites that the Government does not have funds to implement the scheme, this is because most the money is missapropriated in scams and scandals. If all the black money sitting in foreign bank accounts is elicited then the poor can surely be provided free medicines. Free medicine for poor is possible if the government intends but it does not take any action to stop corruption, and the public money is misused.
