Girdhari Prasad Mahto from Topchanchi, Dhanbad called to complain about the Primary Health Centre in Topchanchi. He said that, from last three months anti-rabies vaccine is not available in PHC, for which several patients are troubled. He also informed that, a girl who was bitten by a dog was admitted in PHC Topchanchi for treatment but the doctors were not able to help the child, as they didnot possess the vaccine. The Panchayat head of the area have demanded the PHC authorities to get the necessary medicines and vaccines as soon as possible, so that the patients donot suffer.
