Farkeshwar Mahto from Topchanchi,Dhanbad called to inform the listeners of JMR about the Manthargaon, in Chaita Panchayat. He said that as of yet the Panchayat Samiti is not organised in this village, although the population of this area is huge. So, he requested the government and the officials in power to look into the matter.
