Girdhari Prasad Mahto from Topchanchi block of Dhanbad district called up to inform the listeners about the protest by the villagers. He said that the deep boring was protested by the residents of the place, as they believe by doing so the water level might decrease in the nearby wells, which would lead to scarcity of water.
