Hello, dear listeners of our Vani. My name is Ram Karan Sahani. I am a completely visually impaired person from Mel Bazar village, Deoria district, Uttar Pradesh. I would like to request that Braille signboards be installed on the railings at all railway stations across the six districts that fall under the Gorakhpur railway division. These Braille plates would help visually impaired passengers identify stations and platforms independently. At present, whenever we or any other visually impaired person arrive at a railway station, we have to depend on others and ask people for information about the platform or station. This causes unnecessary difficulty. Therefore, I request the authorities to address this issue by installing Braille signage for the convenience and independence of visually impaired travelers.
