Now the day seen more sunlight in our areas,so we didn't going to out side, staying in the home and under the tree. If we visit in sunlight sometimes we facing headaches, so that always staying shadows places and the home.

But I suggest you to take one hour rest in a day. After afternoon we feel more sunlight so we take rest 12 to 1 or 1 to 2 pm.Ifweobey this rule then getting good health. If we working whole day then affected different diseases also swept out and lose our energy. So how much possible we take rest then no any diseases affected us.

Field working person also take rest 12 pm to 2 pm due to more sunlight. If we continuously working in the field then affected different diseases so take care of body.
