Transplant them by making same gap. Then they apply fertilizers which helps crop to grow faster. Before they apply fertilizer they dry water. Then rice grows gradually, they feel happy to seeing this growing crop. If the crop didn't grow properly they feel very sad to seeing this. Then they harvest the crops with the help of a sickle. Then they dry them for a day Or two, so that they can separate them easily.

This audio is about use of manure in paddy cultivation by expert.Akhashya kumar Panda, Scientist in MSSRF. He suggest to use cow dung fertilizer rather than chemical manure. He also suggest some quantity of fertilizer which is ideal for farming .per 1 acre cultivation land need 10 tractor cow dung manure or compost. If sufficient manure is not available then use green manure. Each one acre field need 32 kg nitrogen,16 kg phosphorus ,16 kg potash in 3 instalment .There a lots of manure sell in the market so take as needed .35 kg DAP,4 kg Uria, 27 kg potash needed in the time of paddy plantation .In the 20013 manure uses is different like mix 80 kg from it 13 kg MOP. After 18 -20 days days of plantation 35 kg uria ,7kg MOP and in time of fruit 18 kguria,7kg MOP. So total 80 Kg 2020013,53 kg Uria,27 kg MOP total we use .If you use 102626 then 61 kg of it 4 kg uria and some other manure. So please use apply this manure for better result.
