Put a pan on stove and put some oil on that. Then put the cleaned shrimps on that and fry until this turned to orange red color. Then transfer in to another bowl. Chop boiled potatoes and place then in side. Put a kadhai on stove and put some oil. Then put there cumin seeds, onions, chilies and fry them well. Then add mustard paste on that masala and fry until it's turned it be roast. Then add turmeric powder and salt there as per taste and mix them well. Then add fried shrimps in that masala. And then potatoes. Mix them well, leave this for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes your shrimp curry will be ready.
