Peanuts, banana, orange, pineapple, grapes contains vitamin C and chicken, eggs, fishes contains vitamin D. Vitamin D deficiency leads to different wounds, weak bones. So you should eat different fruits, vegetables along with non-veg items, which helps us to get sufficient vitamin D.
