Satya Jani from Litiguda village of Koraput district is saying on jackfruit. Jackfruit is of 2 types. They directly consume ripen jackfruit and also cook by cutting it. They use oil to remove the sticky substance, cook the seeds and also preserve seeds, chopped raw jackfruit for next seasons.
