Asst 1: bro, I know child and i know labour. But who is this child labour?? VM: That is what i child labour dear. Asst 1: Bro, tell me clearly. VM: I will tell you. But before that do you know who is a child? Asst 2: You only bro. even though you say foolish things in court and everyone laughs at you, you forget everything and laughs like a child. VM: Bro, i am 40 plus years old. Asst 1: But your heart is like children. VM: My dear, by seeing heart your age is not decided. Age is found from their date of birth. Asst 1: oh!! VM: yes. Those who are under 14 years are called as children. Asst 1: So you will not accept whose named is childish. VM: Just because of their name we can call them as kid. Children below 14 years should be involved only in studies and playing. Asst 1: what is they to work? VM: If he goes for work, he will be called as child labour. Asst 1: What is this bro. I work and you work. No one calls us as young worker or middle age worker. Then only why kids should be called as child labours?? Thats what even you asked in court!!! VM: My dear, it didnt had knowledge at that time so i asked like that. Now I read the books and understood about it. I will tell you with example. You have not learnt driving and dont know how to drive. what happens if a person asks you to drive a car? Asst 1: Meet with accident!! VM: Exactly. Childhood is the age to learn and enjoy. If a child is sent to work at that age, his growth and education will be stopped. Asst 1: This is faced by child. But what problem will others face? VM: I will explain you. If a client comes with a case and says he will give Rs. 1000 to handle the case. But what if he i catch him and tell him that i will finish the case within Rs. 200? Is it a loss to you or not?? Asst 1: How many cases have you done like that?? VM: Idiot. I just told you an example. In the same way when kid is allowed to work with low wages, older workers will face difficulty. Understood?? Asst: So child labour is a risk for child, society and the whole country. VM: Got it right?? Leave now!! Asst 1: Ok bro.
Women Day Wishes
I am Prema from Madurai dist, Tirumangalam dist. My village is Melakottai. I am a consultant in Aditamilar union. The reason for me to step into this social work filed is, from my school days i used to like doing social service. I think its a holy job. We are in a work where we are doing things for people. we have done so many things for people. In gram sabha people are scared to ask for their basic rights. We give them awareness and chase away the fear, then we give the demands written in union letter pad and they have got the demands fulfilled. Vadagara and Nedungulam are the 2 villages where successfully we have got the demands fulfilled. Nedungulam had poor road facility and we have rectified it. and they also faced issues of water scarcity we also addressed it. One of the worker from Nedungulam didnt get her PF. Now we are dealing with her PF case. We are doing many such things for people. We are giving awareness to women on being brave in her workplace and How to deal with sexual harassment in workplace. If a woman is becoming victim of sexual harassment in work place, she is not sharing it outside, because mainly she has the fear of loosing job. In this situation forget about job. For us our Chastity/ Virginity is important. We should fight back with men. If you Resist men, they wont even come near you. Surely all women should have that braveness. Brave girl should teach such things to others. She should tell others only if we are brave enough then men will not come near us. women should ask for their rights clearly. They should step forward and ask for it. Some places women never open the mouth and ask for their rights. Some are scared to ask. We have participated in many gram sabhas. Many times people ask will this happen or not. why is this clerk silent, why is he not replying anything. But there is a way to make him reply. If we give a petition in RTI, they will come to our house give the list of fund allocation for each and everything in Panchayath. If we give this torture he will do what we ask for. We have done like this in some villages and clerk did the work for us. People think that they will not do it for us and what is the use of it. we should never think like that. I we write petition on RTI, they will come forward and do things for us. Not asking for it is the main mistake. If we start giving them torture they will start doing it automatically. They will have the fear. So people should do it with attitude and braveness. especially women must have attitude and should be brave enough. Happy women's day to all.

He has worked earlier in other companies of Coimbatore, there PF was deducted in some companies and in some companies they didnt deduct PF. Earlier he was not aware of importance of PF. Maduraiveeran explains about UAN number. Only if he has UAN number he can get PF. Loganathan says youngsters of his village works in mills, export companies, does agriculture. Loganathan also said that earlier he was hesitant to call NK radio. He is also telling many people to call NK radio. He says NK radio helps us to know many things.
