You can wait for a while, around 15-20 minutes, and try again a few times. If the OTP is coming on the number, it should also come on the email. Or if the OTP is coming on the number, it might be the same OTP used there in the system. You can try doing that and see if removing the email helps. If even after that it is not working, then if you are filling the DU form (Delhi University form or some other DU form), you can call the university’s contact number given there and tell them that you are facing this problem.
