Greetings to our Vaani team, and to all those listening to our Vaani. I am Vijay Kumar, from the state of Jharkhand, district Seraikela-Kharsawan, speaking from a place called Khamaishi. This is a 100% important issue. In the first recording, I had shared some information that is absolutely true. However, there was one point that I forgot to mention in that first recording. That is the reason I am submitting this second recording. What I am talking about is happening in Jharkhand, but I am not sure whether similar things are happening in other states as well. In this second recording, I am saying something that I missed in the first one, so I request you to listen to both of my recordings. Only then will you be able to fully understand the matter. If you need more details, you all—especially the visually impaired people of Jharkhand—should send your phone numbers. I can then call and explain to you directly, if something is not clear from this recording. If you are able to understand everything clearly from this recording, then there is no need to share your number. We are not asking for it forcefully. But if it is unclear, then sharing your number would be necessary—otherwise, confusion will continue. So once again, I request you to please listen to both of my recordings carefully. Now, regarding whether this is happening in other states or not—I don't know. If it is happening elsewhere, I am not sure where exactly. Are government workers visiting homes and doing surveys to check whether people are receiving their pensions or not? Or are people being told to go and get it done themselves? That I do not know. But in our Jharkhand—in our village—it is happening. I cannot speak for all of Jharkhand, but I can say for sure about my own village. In our village, officials are coming to people’s homes to conduct these surveys. A Mukhiya (village head) from Hadeebanja village came and is helping with this process—checking and updating pension applications for the elderly, widows, and persons with disabilities (divyang). That’s all I wanted to say. Once again, I offer my regards to all the officers of our Vaani platform and request that both of my recordings be shared and published, so that this important information can reach all of our disabled (divyang) friends successfully. Thank you and greetings once again.
