Hello everyone, this is Deepak Sharma from Sonia Vihar, Delhi. I would like to answer a question about getting a smartphone. A free smartphone is generally available only to students who are currently studying through an Open School or a regular school/college. If you are not enrolled in any educational program, you are not eligible. Eligible students may receive a smartphone through camps or colleges, such as those in the ITO area of Delhi. So, if you are pursuing your education through Open School or regular classes, you may qualify for a smartphone when such distribution camps are organized.
